IC3 Basic Computing
The IC3 certification program is a global, validated, standards-based training and certification program for basic computing and Internet knowledge. Students who complete IC3 will have the knowledge and skillsets required for basic use of computer hardware, software, networks and the Internet.
Four weeks of classroom and computer lab training.
The HDI Customer Service Representative (HDI-CSR) course introduces the techniques required to provide exceptional customer service and support in both support and call center environments. Students will learn call handling best practices, better communication and listening techniques, documentation, problem solving and troubleshooting, conflict negotiation and responses to difficult customer behaviors.
