Project Management PMP
PMP® Certification from the Project Management Institute is the industry standard for demonstrating competence and a solid foundation for project management skills. This course provides strategies to strategies to maximize study efforts and problem-solving skills in order to achieve a higher score on the PMP® Certification exam.
ITIL V3 Foundation
The ITIL ® V3 Foundation course offers students a comprehensive and high quality approach to obtaining their v3 foundation certificate credits. This course is based on ITIL ® V3 Service life cycle approach to service quality and core capabilities.
CAPM
CAPM recognizes individuals with a demonstrated understanding of the fundamental knowledge, processes and terminology as defined in A Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK® Guide), the standard of project management’s good practices. The CAPM credential candidate contributes to a project team as a subject matter expert and may also serve as a sponsor, facilitator, liaison or coordinator. These project team members assume full or partial Responsibility for individual project tasks in their areas of expertise (e.g., finance, marketing, legal), which may not be industry-specific, but which are relevant across many functional areas and industries.

Six Sigma
Six Sigma is a business management strategy, originally developed by Motorola, that is now a widespread application in many sectors of industry. The Six Sigma strategy seeks to identify and remove the causes of defects and errors in manufacturing and business processes. It uses a set of quality management methods, including statistical methods, and creates a special infrastructure of people within the organization ("Green Belts, Black Belts" etc.) who are experts in these methods. Each Six Sigma project carried out within an organization follows a defined sequence of steps and has quantified financial targets which include cost reduction or profit increase.
Six Sigma Green Belt
The Green belt course provides a detailed understanding of six sigma's DMAIC methodology. The acronym DMAIC stands for Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, and Control. This program combines concepts, assignments, tips, case studies, and exams. In a matter of 3 weeks you too can obtain your ‘Green belt’ status.
Six Sigma Black Belt
The overall goal of the Black Belt program is to explain in detail various Six Sigma tools. It provides you with a thorough knowledge of Six Sigma philosophies and principles (including supporting systems and tools) one of these tools being an extensive use of Minitab, specialized statistical software. A certified Black Belt exhibits team leadership, understands team dynamics, and assigns their team members with roles and responsibilities. They have a complete understanding of the DMAIC model in accordance with the Six Sigma principles. This program combines concepts, assignments, tips, case studies, and exams. All participants are issued a certificate on clearing the exam.
Learn to effectively apply the elements and methods of Six Sigma. Understand how to use tools and techniques relating to the DMAIC (define, measure, analyze, improve, and control) methodology.
